Both handguns and long guns now require a 3 day wait unless you have a current CCW permit or you qualify for an exemption. You must now be 21 to purchase a long gun in Florida unless you qualify for a Military / Law Enforcement exemption. All purchases require a background check through the Floirda Department of Law Enforcement with a $5 fee before pickup. A state issued photo ID with correct physical address is required for pickup.

All firearm purchases must ship to a licensed dealer in your area and comply with all local/state laws. In order to ship your purchase, you will need to have your local dealer email a copy of their signed FFL to centralfloridapawn@cfl.rr.com or they may fax it to 386-774-7161.
There is a 25% stocking fee on all shipped orders not completed so please make sure you are eligible to purchase before your item ships to a dealer.
Layaways
90 day layaway is available for instore or online purchases. We will do a layaway on Gunbroker fixed price listings unless stated otherwise in ad. Layaways require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
Shipping Charges
Handgun orders will ship via USPS Priority mail with full insurance. Shipping and handling charges on a single firearms purchase will run about $22.50 + 1% for insurance. Shipments within the Southeastern states may be less. Oversized packages or multiple handgun purchases will be more. FedEx 2 day and Overnight are available on request for an extra charge. Long guns will ship FedEx ground.
Firearm Transfers by Mail
We will accept shipped firesarm transfers from other dealers for a total of $35 (includes background check) for the first piece. Additional firearms on the same transfer will be discounted. Please stop in or call us with the shipping dealer's contact information and we will supply them with a copy of our FFL. If you wish to ship your a firearm to another dealer for transfer, please call or stop in. Handguns are $30 + shipping charges. Long guns are an addtional fee based on packaging requirements.
Private Party Transfers
We offer private party transfers for $35 (includes background check). Both parties must be present. We will run the serial #, process the paperwork, and run a background check on the recieving person. All State and Fedaral laws are applicalbe for the transfer.

Florida residents must pay 6.5% Sales Tax. We accept a money order or cashiers check for payment. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are subject to a 2% lost cash discount. Orders paid by personal or business check will be held for 10 days before shipping. All firearms must be shipped to a licensed dealer. In order to ship, we require a signed FFL from your local dealer. Please check with your local dealer before purchasing to see if an item is legal in your state or local area.
